Barry Diawadou : ウィキペディア英語版 | Barry Diawadou Barry Diawadou (1916-1969) was a Guinean civil clerk and politician. Born in 1916 in Dabola, French Guinea, he was a member of the French National Assembly and later served as the Guinean Minister of Education. He was executed by firing squad in 1969 following his trial and conviction ''in absentia'' of plotting against the regime of President Sekou Toure (1922-1984). He was one of dozens of accused, who included cabinet members, senior civil servants and military officers, all allegedly participants in the so-called Kaman-Fodeba Plot of 1969. The eldest son of Almami Aguibou (1895-1970), he was a descendant of the Soriya branch of the former ruling dynasty in the Islamic confederacy of Fuuta Jalon (1725-1897). == External links ==
